I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! I called for a last-minute haircut appointment and they took me immediately, which I really appreciated. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful and has such a comfortable, relaxing vibe. Christine took her time with my haircut and did an amazing job. It was exactly what I wanted! I left feeling refreshed and confident! I will absolutely be coming back😊

I have been going to New Concepts for years. Would never go anywhere else! Ashley does an amazing job always very pleased with my hair. Christine the owner is so nice! When you walk in the door its warm and inviting and they treat you like your part of the family. I always leave with a few laughs a smile on my face and great hair. Give them a try!

Christine has been doing my hair go about 5 years. She is highly skilled and flexible with various styles. My hair is curly , and she cuts and styles it so I can rock my curls in the summer. Every fall I get a short Bob style cut. She touches up my bangs every 6 weeks and always squeezes me in. Amazing skills. And Everyone there greets me by name every Visit!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new hair stylist. Went to see Ashley and she did an amazing job with my color, highlights and cut. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and provides recommendations. Everyone at the salon is very sweet and really make you feel at home. Glad I found this salon. Highly recommend it. Hair concepts are one in a million!!! My stylist knows what products I use in my hair, she knows that I use a pick to comb out my hair, she knows that I do not use a wire bristle brush and she knows that I do not use a hairdryer to blow out my hair (ever). I do have long hair so I do not have a "Bob cut" but in the past, I have had short hair and who knows what the future holds...lol. I am telling you this because my stylist listens to me and I am sharing my stylist with you, Ashley. She is more than amazing as she can color hair, blow dry (I only do on my scheduled appointments) and trim in a short period of time. She also can multi-task between others and myself, but she never leaves me stranded and I always feel welcomed at hair concepts from the moment I walk in until the time I leave. I am telling you this because you will remember that " I told you so" when you look in the mirror. Try Hair Concepts once, then try it a second time... because as I always say, every time it gets better and more exceptional!!!
